Enable or bypass processing and adjust amplification and compression using the existing controller.

Linked compression

The dynamics filter applies linked gain reduction across channels, with a sample-peak ceiling of -1 dBFS.

Local processing

Audio is processed by the configured Equalizer APO engine on your PC. No audio upload is required.

This is an experimental audio utility, not a promise of compatibility with every Windows audio device.

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Administrator access is required for installation.
  • Works through the configured Equalizer APO shared-mode playback path. ASIO and exclusive WASAPI playback bypass the effect.
  • The package is unsigned. Device setup and a restart may be required; follow the included instructions.
  • The existing distribution includes GPL software, modified source and licence notices. Those redistribution rights remain intact.
  • This offer is the original Media Enhancer package, not the separate activation-protected controller preview.
